As an editor, I took control and ownership of several projects and managed and oversaw a very varied book list. I worked on a range of formats, such as illustrated nonfiction, narrative nonfiction, picture books, complex novelty and pre-school books. Having worked with Templar and Scholastic, both publish books that sit in different areas of the market. I am comfortable working on books that are more commercial as well as books that fit in a higher, gifting area of the children’s book market.
