Terms and Conditions for using Blue Falcon Publishing Limited Products and Services

The Blue Falcon Publishing Limited Website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using Blue Falcon Publishing Limited website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  The Blue Falcon Publishing Limited is owned and operated Blue Falcon Publishing Limited.

1. Delivery

Delivery will be made anywhere within the United Kingdom.  The price will be specified on the checkout page.

If you are overseas, please use the contact us form to request a quote.

Orders will be usually shipped within 2 business day of receiving the order.

2. Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order anytime before we have dispatched the order.  All cancellations should be made by contacting our office. After dispatch you can still cancel your order by sending the product back to us in its original and unused (resalelable) condition.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of the return shipment of the items you wish to return.

We accept returns of items purchased from us up to 28 days from the time of placing the order for a full refund of the returned items.

Please send the returned items to the following address after submitting the form with the reason for the return on our “Contact us” page.

Please note that we need a written record of the reasons for the return for us to be able accept the returned items.

Please note that if you have requested a personal message in the book we are unable to offer a refund.

3. Replacement

It is our top priority to sell products of high standards. On the odd occasion if you receive items in a substandard condition we will send a replacement item free of charge wherever possible.

7. Registration

Registration is not currently available or required to purchase from this site.

8. Payment

Blue Falcon Publishing Limited does not hold any financial information regarding its customers and works with a third-party payment solution whereby all sensitive payment details are securely passed over a 256-bit encryption SSL certificate.

You must ensure that correct and valid card/account details are provided.

Payment is currently taken in the form of Paypal or through credit cards via a third party company ‘Stripe’.

10. Product purchases

You will receive email confirmation of your product purchase(s).  If you have a problem with your order please use the ‘Contact Us’ section and quote your order number.

Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the products from us; you cannot then withdraw or cancel your order except as stated in Section 2.

If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered, we will inform you of this and we will remove it from your order and we will refund you the price. We will, however, bear no liability for unavailability of products.

11. Licence for website access

Blue Falcon Publishing Limited grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Blue Falcon Publishing Limited.  This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.  This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.  You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Blue Falcon Publishing Limited and its affiliates without express written consent.  You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilising Blue Falcon Publishing Limited its affiliates names or trademarks without the express written consent of Blue Falcon Publishing Limited.  Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Blue Falcon Publishing Limited.  You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Welcome page of Blue Falcon Publishing as long as the link does not portray Blue Falcon Publishing Limited its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. Blue Falcon Publishing Limited may suspend or cancel any accepted order immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. The suspension or cancellation of your order shall not affect either party’s rights or liabilities accrued to the date of termination or any orders submitted by you before we received notice of your cancellation, and you will continue to be bound by such orders. Any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Blue Falcon Publishing Limited website shall survive cancellation.
